About Afrah Productions
Afrah (أفراح) is the Arabic word for joyful celebrations, the word families use for weddings. It is the only thing we photograph and film.
Afrah Productions covers Arab and Middle Eastern weddings — Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian, Egyptian, Iraqi and Jordanian families, Muslim and Christian ceremonies alike. South Florida is home, and we travel for celebrations in Texas, California, Georgia, North Carolina and New Orleans, across the rest of the country, and for destination weddings.
Henna, zaffa, the ceremony, and the reception, all covered with the same care, by a team that understands the traditions, the families, and the order of the day — whether the ceremony is a katb al-kitab, a nikah, or a church wedding.
How we work
Tell us the date, the city, and whether you want photographs, film, or both. We talk through the day first, then share the package that fits it. Every wedding is quoted on its own, so there is no one-size price list.
